If we try to think of the Holy Trinity without trying to tear our hair, we will be able to understand the truth about the One God in Three Persons at our level without much difficulty. If we see two three persons or some siblings think, work, talk or behave alike, we say they are like one. It is this same reason which made the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit ONE. They think alike, they wish alike, they work alike and they love alike. When the Father wanted to create the world, the Holy Spirit created the atmosphere and the Son was with Him throughout creation. When the Father wanted to save mankind who fell into sin, the Son offered to do the work and the Holy Spirit empowered him while he was a human. When the Son spoke the heart of the Father in words, the Holy Spirit explains it to us. When the Son earned the sonship of the Father for us, the Spirit gave us the power to call Him “Father”. Three is One in love. While Jesus asked us to be holy as the Father is Holy, he wanted us to bind in love with each other, like they are, and think, work, wish with one accord.
A human father, who is named after the Father is expected to keep the family in his charge together like the Father keeps the Trinity together making the family a visible sample of heaven.
