According to Paul, whatever the responsibility we have towards others are because of the assignments given to us by the Holy Spirit, and therefore, we definitely get His help and guidance to fulfill them. Therefore, we can be free of any unnecessary burdens because the Holy Spirit is with us. And for the same reason, we have to be free of any kind of deceit or looking for personal glory by attending to them.
When we serve the Lord, we have not only the help of the Holy Spirit, but Jesus at the right hand of God continuously praying for us with the same prayer he said over the disciples at the last supper. So, we do not have any excuses to escape from the responsibilities.
